Tony Stark resided there until 2014, the year it was demolished by the Mandarin. Following Ultron's defeat and the formation of the Avengers' updated lineup, the New Avengers Facility became the team's main operational headquarters. Subsequent to the Avengers Civil War, Tony Stark maintained the facility as his principal home. After selling Avengers Tower, he also relocated all its equipment there.
