Following Ultron's defeat and the formation of the Avengers' updated lineup, the New Avengers Facility became the team's main operational headquarters.
Subsequent to the Avengers Civil War, Tony Stark maintained the facility as his principal home. After selling Avengers Tower, he also relocated all its equipment there. This site was later destroyed, with its remnants serving as the setting for the ultimate confrontation with the genocidal overlord, Thanos, to determine the universe's destiny.
